On August 22, 2025, a threat actor known as “notalive” posted a database on DarkForums that allegedly belonged to the University of Carabobo. The leaked dataset reportedly contains 171,703 records in .txt format, exposing confidential personal information, including national identification numbers (Cédula) and full names. The exact date of the initial network breach is unknown.
